Description

- Receive invoices for collection purposes for customers with pending payments and follow up on the collection process by communicating with these customers. - Collect cheques from the customers and provide them with a receipt relative to the cheque amount and writing all the required details requested in the receipt form. - Ensure that all outstanding cash and cheques are collected by calling the customers /visiting (when required) to different companies with payment dues. - Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using systems and with finance coordination. - Always try to build up a very positive relationship with the Customer. - Maintain and sustain good relationship with customers, and settle and solve any collection or payment problem. - Solve any customer problems being faced and report it to the direct line manager.
