Key Duties & Responsibilities
1-Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
2-Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
3-Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
4-Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
5-Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
6-Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
7-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
8-Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
9- Perform other related duties as required by the line manager.
